QUICK QUIRKY FACTS

Today I'm celebrating a milestone birthday. Sixty-Five, it's really unbelievable, I don't feel that age. A few years ago I acuquired this card that lists lots of QUICK QUIRKY FACTS about 1947.

Hope you enjoy reading these as much as I do.

Happy Birthday Ann. I hope your day is absolutely super.
Interesting facts. 15 cents a gal. for gas....wow
I remember when we got married in 1964 the gas was 25 cents a gal.

Knowing what I know now at 78, I wish I could try 65 one more time. Nice post. Enjoyed your card of facts. I need to look for one dated 1934.

Oh Ann, I'm so sorry I missed your birthday but hope you had a wonderful day that was just the beginning of a fulfilled and adventurous year ahead. I've been a bit overwhelmed keeping up with blogging, but I really do want to stay in touch. We were both born in 1947 and we both chose the 7th day of the month, but I arrived 10 months before you :) I loved the Quirky Facts. I'm going to check out one more of your posts while I'm here.
