Vintage card holder

Today I am featuring a vintage card holder that I have had for quite awhile but rarely use.  I decided to use this in my craft booth to display gift tags that I am making.

It is a metal that is painted cream and decorated with a variety of different colored flowers.

I have been trying to find info on the maker or date of manufacturing but cannot find anything at this time.
