Century (1/2 that is)

I'm stretching the letter just a bit to fit the letter C.  One-half century is how long my husband and I  have been married.

Last Friday night was a colossal event filled with all the trimmings.

 My flowers for the cake table still looks great.  The number 50 (half-century) in gold.

Beautiful cream and sugar bowl from a dear friend, vintage ones too.

Now, where to display all the beautiful pieces?

BLOWOUT

50 years and counting. Last night was a highlight in our years together, we lost count at 100 guests. Our daughter, the hostess, was phenomenal.  The photographer took many photos so all I have right now are a few shots from my cell phone.

My music pastor took this one.

Our daughter had this made for us and I am in love with it.

It is SO special.
