My hubby bought this for Christmas for me several years ago.
The title is "The Light of Peace", I really love all of his work. I adore the Christmas scenes he painted and all of the country homes and gardens.
Iris in my front yard have bloomed and few more have opened this week.
It has touches of PINK in the centers.
There are more buds. Yipee!!
Looking forward to a very special wedding today and church tomorrow.

Thomas Kinkade brought a lot of joy and light to a lot of folks through his art. I read that his first painting was of a fabulous Victorian home, that he looked at longingly when he was a child and raised in a home where money was scarce.
Beautiful TK painting, Ann. Your photo of the irises are so pretty. Glad you have more buds to look forward to. Wishing you a nice weekend.
I was saddened to hear Thomas Kincaid passed away too. Sounds like he had some troubles in his life at the end. His works are beautiful. While I don't have any large prints, I've had his calendar in my kitchen for years and I have some small prints I've framed in the stairwells. The iris is pretty!
His scenes were always beautiful and filled with light ...
Your Iris are lovely.
I'm going around visiting everyone on today's PINK SATURDAY list.....with my hot cup of coffee, of course! Just wanted to let you know that I was here! Have yourself a great weekend, and stop by my place if you've the time!

What a fun visit for Pink Saturday! Our whole family has always loved Thomas Kinkade. And what lovely Iris. Thanks for a sweet time.
Happy Pink Saturday Ann, Thanks for sharing your painting and your beautiful flowers. Joyous Wishes, Linda
Hi Ann, by now you are probably at your wedding and having a wonderful time. :) Your iris are just exquisite. I have always thought they were one of the most beautiful Spring flowers, much more than orchids. I lost the iris plants I had when we had to have some trees cut down but I think it's time I bought some more. Happy Pink Saturday. xo
Hi Ann...replying to the comment you left on my AtoZ Family Tree Page. First...thanks for reading and commenting. You are right...it has been an extraordinary journey. I don't worry about putting the whole name of my ancestors on the internet...they are already out there in US Census, death records, newspaper obits, genealogy websites and more. Without the internet finding information on family history is back to the 'Old School' methods.
If you haven't checked out the Introductory page of Tracks of My Texas Ancestors, it will give you an overview about my Genealogy Data. The Link is on CITexas Gal sidebar.
To check out the copyright...click on the copyright icon on CIT sidebar. It will take you the info website.
Thanks for stopping by....Sue
So glad to hear you are safe. So many were not and it was such a scary day. I am so sad about Kincade passing as well. I was a fan of his. Have a wonderful week hopefully it will be calm and uneventful.
Love the lighter irises we need to do a swap, mine are all dark. Love you sis Debbie
He will be very much missed - his artwork is definitely a blessing - I love the painting your husband got for you - perfect.
Hope you have a great week,
Kathy
Oh my gosh, you have iris blooming already? Mine are a ways away from that ... but I can't wait!
Happy spring!
