WINTER WONDERLAND

ABC WEDNESDAY - W IS FOR WINTER WONDERLAND

Snow has arrived in the midwest, it started snowing here around 4:00 in the morning and we have about 3" now.  That wouldn't be bad but the winds are 50mph making blizzard conditions for drivers.
All the schools are closed so my daughter and grands are starting their Christmas break a day early.  Their gifts for their teachers will have to wait until January.

It's way to blustery to go out for shots so these are taking from inside our home.

We DO have snow in the forecast for Christmas Eve and Christmas--first time since 2009.

MERRY CHIRSTMAS TO ALL MY BLOGGING FRIENDS!!!

Hi Ann! We had snow yesterday but warm winds (strong) blew and melted it all away. Thank goodness! Have a very Merry Christmas!

I do miss snow like that...sometimes. Really! There's not a lot of it here in New Zealand.

I'm betting the kids are not complaining about an extra day of holiday. I'm also betting that a White Christmas is making you very, very happy. We are on similar Wavelengths, since I also took photographs of the snow from indoors :)

Beautiful shots Ann! Nick is home safely and I am happy! The bad weather hit Kansas a day or two after he left! Grateful he is here and safe! Stay warm and Merry Christmas to you and yours! Blessings, Anne
