Outdoor Wednesday

Linking up with Susan @http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/for Outdoor Wednesday.

Driving through my neighboorghood, there is an area that hangs these beautiful flowers every year.  They hang on each side of the street and run about 1 mile. There are probably about 20 hanging pots.  I think the colors are so striking.

I want to share a few of the trees in our yard.  The first  one is a River Birch, we planted in about 5 years ago.  l love the bark of this tree, and it's really growing nicely.
The next tree is a Walnut Tree that is about 25 years old.  I love the way it shades our front yard and the tree is starting to take on a lot of big shapley limbs.
Hope you are able to spend time outside, we have had so much rain but hopefully in a few weeks we will see some dry weather.

Happy Outdoor Wednesday

All the plants and trees you shared today are great. I really like the River Birch. I have not seen one of those. Must be native to your area.

Ann, those hanging baskets are so lush, and your trees are so pretty. They are varieties we don't get to see here so that was fun seeing them.

Happy Outdoor Wednesday!

Sheila :-)
