Bare

Bare legs that is -  in the cold of winter!!!!

I see so many young boys walking to and from school in weather 20 degrees wearing shorts. Their tops are covered including a hat, are the legs exempt from freezing?

I researched on google and some people put cayenne pepper in their shoes and that helps to keep the legs warm!!! Weird.

Also some football players playing in the sub zero temps wear short sleeves as a form of intimidation to the other team. (I don't need sleeves--do you?) I wouldn't care, I'd rather not freeze.

It's so weird! My grandson always wants to wear pants like that and his parents are always telling him to go change! I just don't get it. But off he goes, hoody up or tuque hugging his head and shorts if he can get away with it. *sigh*

If I was in that cold weather it would be "no shorts" for me too. I don't get it...all bundled up on top and the breezes traveling up the pant legs.

You will never find me in shorts in the winter. I stay cold most of the year round. However, guess the young folks blood is thicker than mine. Trust all is well with you and family.

I see more and more people half dressed in freezing weather. Freezing temps. SOme have no coats or jackets at all. They truly are not in their right minds.

Hi Ann, I have never put cayenne pepper in my shoes, but I do admit, if my torso is warm, I can handle bare legs in fairly cool (but not frigid) weather. Ann, I'm so sorry to have fallen off the blogging wagon and to have missed the sad post about the loss of your dear sister. I have only one sister and love her to bits, so my heart really ached to hear that news from you. I'm glad to see that you are continuing to get the most out of life, as i know that is what she would want, but I can imagine your heart is often heavy. May she rest in peace! (I'm going back now to comment on a few other of your posts.)
