Vintage Thingie Thursday - Enamel bowl

http://coloradolady.blogspot.com/

Thursday has rolled around again and time for us to share our newest (old) stuff. I picked up this old white enamel bowl (pan) whatever it is I like it.

Right now its just hangin out on my wroght iron plant stand in my sunroom.  I will figure out a permanent spot one of these days.  The previous owners added a whole and string and had it hanging up.

Have a good short week.

I've always liked old enamel pans, dishes, coffee pots, and even "slop pails!"

I HAVE an old enamel slop pail - - - we still USE it in our camper.

I like the pan with the hole (not whole, unless it's a whole hole!).

I have a bowl just like it! Mine has a hole in it. I use to have my enamel pitcher in it and sat it on the table. Then I decided that I would hang it on the wall in my laundry room as if it were used for soaking a garmet. I guess I could use it for that if I decided to.
Your's looks cute right hwere you have it!!

Great vintage find. My grandmother had one like it that she always took with us camping to wash our dirty little hands, lol.

Hi, Ann! I love enamel ware but it's always so expensive when I find it! well, except for the chamber pot we found in one house that we bought. :)
