Outdoor Wednesday - New blooms

http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/
New blooms in my garden this week.

Front yard hostas in full bloom.

Stonecrop growing out of a crack in a rock from one of my back yard gardens.

Wood was delivered for our new deck today. So excited.

Happy Outdoor Wednesday.

I do not understand it, but the flowers or grass grows so good in hot concrete or rocks. Then when I try to grown them the right way, they tend to die. I keep trying, as I love flowers.

Hi Ann! Thanks for stopping by. I love your Wizard of Oz and Kansas references. My in laws were raised in Kansas and we have many cousins there and love to visit. Your daylilies are pretty, I love your garden angel, and is that a TEA KETTLE in your tree???
blessings and hugs, Beth

Gorgeous photos. I don't know that I've ever seen stone crop grow like that! AMAZING! I came by via Susan's party, but I missed it myself. I took pics of my pergola all dressed up this afternoon (with the 2 hour lull in the rain), and I REALLY hope you'll stop by and take a peak, and let me know what you think of the progress! :)

Hi Ann,
I like your StoneCrop plant - that's neat. Looks like things are going good in your neck of the woods. I like your pictured Disc Sunflower - you're in the Sunflower State, right???
