Sunday Stamps #18 - Transportation

http://viridianpostcard.blogspot.com/

Glad to be back for Sunday Stamps, have been away for a number of weeks, taking care of my Mom. She is back home and better now.

I purchased a bag of stamps from ebay and there was one that looks like a train we rode in the mountains in Bavaria in Germany in the 1980's.

I don't speak German, so maybe my Sister who lived there can tell me where it's from.

Have a great Sunday and Mothers Day.

Thanks for stopping by Ann, your comment is appreciated, my post was to remember my daughter-in-laws Mom as I know she and my 2 Granddaughters are missing her today and I thought they would appreciate the thought. Neva lost her fight to cancer in Dec of 2009 and it was hard on our Granddaughters as it was 2 days before Christmas that year, I didn't want to post too much as I didn't want to make them sad. Hugs too you sweet lady, may your Mothers Day be wonderful.

You and Deb may live a long way apart, but yet still connected in another fashion. I would love to be able to speak any other language, especially Spanish..

Nice to hear that your mom is ok now. Tell her Happy Mother's Day. I just joined Sunday Stamp 5 weeks ago that's why this is my first time to visit you.
You posted a neat stamp and my boys like looking at it!

Glad your mother is better. Like the stamp, always fun sorting through a bag of stamps.
