Vintage Easter

All dressed up for Easter services, this was around 1954. I'm the oldest 7, Katy 5 and Deb 3.

Mom always made sure we had new frocks for Easter, sometimes she made them all. Usually polka dot swiss --it was always lacy or filly.

Our Daddy is now in heaven as well as Katy.  Mom is 90 but ALL of us are still going to be at church for Easter!!!

I've kept this card for 50 years, think it's so pretty.

Happy (Hoppy) Easter

As a sign of new life our church foyer was the setting for a rabbit and chick enclosure. Our little ones really enjoyed the darling little fellows.

Everyone had their phones taking family shots in their Easter finery.

Of-course we were no exception.
