Summers ending pinks

This is view from my back yard, our neighbors Rose of Sharon is in full bloom.

We get to enjoy it as much as they do.

Another new life has entered our family, my daughter is holding my newest great niece at a family birthday party at a park.

Hope you are soaking up all of the warm days that's left of summer.

Wish my neighbor had a Rose of Sharon-wait they live a quarter of a mile away...I wish I had a Rose of Sharon. Sadly mine died and I need to replant one. Perhaps in the area I'm planning on taking out some grass so I can have more flowers. That will be perfect! Thanks for the inspiration.♥♫

I wish my plant would look just a little like this. I was excited over over one bloom. A great view to have.

Gorgeous Rose of Sharon! Mine are not nearly as full.
Congratulations on the new family member. There is nothing nicer than a new baby in the family.

Thank you for your comment on my book review. It is always a treat to hear from and visit you. I haven't been linking up with Beverly's Pink Saturday lately. I want to return. I miss you all.

Hi Ann, Your daughter and darling great niece are so pretty. Look at the hair on the baby's sweet head. What a true blessing.

My 'rose of sharon' is in full bloom here too. It is huge and so pretty. Yes, summer is coming to an end here in the mountains of NC. We have had so much rain we are told our color will not be good this year. We'll see.

Happy Pink Sat.

Ann, Love the Rose of Sharon, wish I had one. Also your grand niece is adorable, what a doll. I don't like to see summer leave but fall is also beautiful. Thank you for visiting. Hugs...Lu
