Hello Ann, I remember wearing hats and I just paid 20.00 for a lipstick. The most I have ever spent. Este Lauder. I like it but I will never do that again. Pink lipstick is not my color. I lean toward rust and peach because of my auburn hair and coloring. Love the vintage magazine

These are wonderful vintage ads. I wish women still wore hats like that--think of the fun with our wardrobes. I am definitely a pink lipstick girl. I just read that the trend for fall is deep real bold red on the lips with no color elsewhere. Yikes. Vampire influence I guess! Linda
