Vintage Thingie Thursday - Hand painted polish ornaments

http://coloradolady.blogspot.com/

Suzanne is our hostess for this fun party---just getting around to posting after Christmas.

I visited my favorite vintage store and all of the Christmas was 90% off!!!!! I purchased these hand painted vintage ornaments from Poland.  They have the oringinal hangers too.  They are so beautiful.

They have the most beautiful flocking and gorgeous brush stokes of paint.

The tops of the metal hanger say "made in Poland". I'd really like to find out more about them--there is no maker of any kind.

Thinking of taking down the Christmas on the 1st---I really don't want to see all the glitter be packed away.

Hope everyone enjoys their New Years Eve celebrations.

Take Care

Ann

These are so cute! I have two hand painted Polish ornaments. So you know, I also have a very extensive collection of Polish pottery dinnerware! It was an addiction for a couple of years! Happy New Year!

My late sweet mom always said to keep up your Christmas decorations until January 6th, the Catholic church celebrates this day as the day the Magi arrived to the stable where Christ was born. I never let my mom down plus my tree is artificial and with the big move we made I did not get it all fancied up until December 24th! Love your Santa photo. I have many I need to dig out for next year! Happy New Year sweet Ann in Kansas! Hugs from Anne in Colorado
