Vintage Thingie Thursday - Sugar Mold

Today I want to show you something I bought at the Sparks, KS Flea Market Fall Show last weekend. I found a vintage sugar mold.  When I saw it the first thing that came to my mind was organizing all of my art supplies. WOW- I was able to buy this for $25.00.  I looked on Ebay just for the fun of it when I got back and they are starting at 99.00.  WHEW-I was pleased. My sis Deb (paint splash) bought one too for the same price.  My other sis wants one, there was only these two left. I'll be looking for a bargain for her.

Here it is all filled up in my craft room.

Don't you think it's great. I love it.

Happy vintage shopping.

Well, Ann you found a new one on me. I never saw or heard of a sugar mold. You certainly put into great use. Did you ever visit CC? We lost her. Her son has it on her blog.

I never saw one of those either. I like old wooden things like that.

I did not know what a sugar mold was either. It is perfect for the storage you are using it for. There are oodles of antique shops in my town, I will be looking for something similar. I am going over to visit your sis at the Paint Splash. Great VTT\
