A is for accomplishment

Late late for a very important ABC Wednesday date. I've been preparing for a VERY important date for us.

We have accomplished as a couple a big date for us, our 50th Wedding Anniversary.  This coming friday we are celebrating with family and friends who have crossed our path and shared our joys and sorrows for the last 50 years.


Planning is very familiar to that of a wedding, the perfect dress, food, decorations, venue, invitations and my daughter has done everything but the dress. She is planning a wonderful affair and we are looking so forward to seeing old friends.  Pictures will follow!!

    In this day and age, it's quite an accomplishment.
    I don't think there are too many of us "old-timers" around.
    Your celebration will be fabulous.

    Hi Ann, I just saw Beverly's post and A huge congratulations to both of you on your 50th anniversary. Your photo is so darling. I planned ours three years ago and I totally agree that it is like planning a wedding. However, it was worth everything to have our loved family and friends to help us celebrate.
