Here is a sketch that my neighbor brought to me last week, she remembered that I love Wizard of Oz and she drew it for my collection.
I think it adds a nice touch.
My thanks go out to Roger and Ms. Nesbitt for our ongoing meme that brings us so many interesting topics.

The Wizard of Oz is a classic to me. One of my favorite all time movies. Wamego, Kansas has a fine OZ museum. Have you been there? A treat for sure.
ReplyDeleteA very nice friend to have to bless you with this drawing.

My son is a artist in cartoons when he first started out in life as a young artist and then my Granddaughter of another son is taking the love of cartooning like yours.
ReplyDeleteNice to see it is still staying in all these years.
Nice neighbor to do that for you.
Very nice.
Good choice for letter S...talented neighbor♪ http://lauriekazmierczak.com/school-buses/

Calling by from ABC Wednesday, thanks for your visit to my entry and your comment which is appreciated.
ReplyDeleteA clever choice for S, an interesting and lovely addition to your collection.
what a sweet gift
ReplyDeleteMy daughter acted as the good witch, and I was very proud of her.
ReplyDeleteThe snail cream I used is quite cheap as it is made in New Zealand. I do not use make up and I turned 60 last year. My friends didn't think I am 60. May be the cream does work. I use it as a moisturiser.
Ah! The Yellow Brick Road. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSomeone is talented and shares her gift!
ReplyDeleteNeat sketches. I'm clumsy with sketching and drawing myself. Recently, I discovered that I can edit my photos in Photshop so they look like paintings and drawings. You have me wondering if I can turn a photo of someone into a sketch.
ReplyDeleteThe View from the Top of the Ladder
Lovely drawing! My daughter does portraits, so I am extra appreciative of the work involved! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and for your kind comment!
ReplyDeleteLovely sketch! That was one of my favourite movies - great memento of it for sure.
