Counting

ABC Wednesday has arrived again at letter C.  For the past few weeks I've been COUNTING what I feed this body.

Our Son is a health/fitness instructor along with being a community paramedic and has created a website because of his great success at keeping his fat and muscle mass in line.

(NOW HOW MANY CARBS IS THAT?)


My hubby and I are both counting protein, fat and carbohydrates to achieve a perfect balance.

In a few months I am COUNTING ON seeing the benefits of such a CONSIDERABLE effort.

  1. Good for you, but it is not easy to do. It is just getting started is the hard part. I need to be doing more, and will when it is warmer. I am not one to exercise inside and I eat about what I want.

  3. You are very brave to start a strict diet with counting protein, fat and carbohydrates. I haven't got patience to do this for a long time.Though I avoid fat as much as possible.

    I like counting my blessings, particularly when I think of my lovely daughters, they are so caring, and our lovely grandchildren, we are blessed, that's why I count my blessings.

  8. Perfect C! We count carbs here because my husband is a diabetic..I am learning to cook a lot of really yummy no- to- low carb treats! Have a great weekend!

  9. I'm not as strict, but I do try and keep track of carbs. I'm not at my goal, but I'm making progress and I do have more energy.

  10. I'm afraid food and counting should never come together as far as I am concerned. If I have to count anything in it I don't want to know. Mind you I also know that I probably need to.

    I just don't seem to have the will power to do that, and boy do I need to do it.
