I have been in the process of re-doing my sewing/craft room for a month or so and I now have the trim and cork boards painted.
I went with a turquoise blue and I LOVE the shade. The walls are a pale grey and the colors complement each other so nicely.
I chose one wall for some vintage photos and the other has not been decided on yet-it will probably change quite a bit.
A close up of the trim.

The perfect shade of blue!
ReplyDeleteHi Ann,
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific idea to use blue to cover a cork board. It sure looks up-to-date since we know that blue is IN.
Thanks for playing today.
Happy Blue Monday!
What a lovely room and such a perfect blue. I saw my favorite Billy Graham on your noteboard.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week
I really love that trim, Ann. Just perfect with the flecked grey of the walls!

I like these shades of blue.
ReplyDeleteLove that shade of blue, Ann, and it certainly will be a perfect surface for pinning almost anything. Nice display of your vintage photos. My sewing room looks like a bomb went off with all the yarn, lace, fabric, and vintage linens I am working with right now. I'm having fun, though. Happy Blue Monday1
