Blue Monday - wall preview

Today is a new work week again and I'm posting with BLUE MONDAY.  Sally puts on a good show of  blue--check it out.

I have been in the process of re-doing my sewing/craft room for a month or so and I now have the trim and cork boards painted.

I went with a turquoise blue and I LOVE the shade.  The walls are a pale grey and the colors complement each other so nicely.

I chose one wall for some vintage photos and the other has not been decided on yet-it will probably change quite a bit.

A close up of the trim.

  1. Hi Ann,

What a terrific idea to use blue to cover a cork board. It sure looks up-to-date since we know that blue is IN.

    Thanks for playing today.

    Happy Blue Monday!

  5. Love that shade of blue, Ann, and it certainly will be a perfect surface for pinning almost anything. Nice display of your vintage photos. My sewing room looks like a bomb went off with all the yarn, lace, fabric, and vintage linens I am working with right now. I'm having fun, though. Happy Blue Monday1
