If you have read my blog you also know is a skilled woodworker. This past year a fellow member of my choir at church asked if I thought my hubby could build a CLEF bookshelf for her Son who was getting his degree from college in music.
After searching through pictures of Clef notes he decided on a certain style. With NO plans, he came up with this shelf. Here he is with the unpainted and unattached shelf.
Here is the final picture of the shelf painted and attached to the wall in the apartment of the gift recipient.
You can see there is plenty of space for CD's, books galore. He was ecstatic with his graduation gift!!!

Nicely done and such a unique piece.♥♫
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely the cleverest thing I've seen for a while! What a talented couple you are, and how very proud you both must be.
ReplyDeleteWe, too, need a music room. And a book room, a toyroom, a teapot room . . .
How we acquire, and how we enjoy, even the things we're tripping over now and then.
