Blue Chill

This morning in Kansas City the temperature is 7 degrees. We are experiencing a BLUE CHILL.  I enjoy winter but this is sometimes how I feel:

I was pretty bundled up heading off to the pool this morning.

    Funny cartoon, and I hope that is an INDOOR pool, ha ha. I exercise in an indoor pool too. Stay warm.

    If you stay outside much, there will be a lot more blues on you. It is cold here, but nothing compared to where your are. Stay in where it is warm.

    Yes..we need to bundle up here in KC!!! You look ready to take on the swim in the warm pool area, however!! Good for you!! I ran Sat. in the brutal wind...didn't do very well. I got my 3 miles in, but had to take walk breaks. THEN when it was gorgeous on Sunday, I headed back out and was able to totally run 3.1 miles....I was slow, but I was running! ha ha!! I can hardly wait for warm weather...I'm so sick of this cold!!

    It was cold here in Colorado today ( single digits) and we had about 5 inches of fresh snow on the ground. Tomorrow will be sunny and go up t57 degrees, however, so our mild winter returns.
