In the ancient Roman calendar November was the ninth month - the name in Latin is NOVEM meaning nine.
After other months were added NOVEMBER kept the name. NOVEMBER is autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and spring in the Southern Hemisphere, so we are experiencing come gorgeous colors here.
November is the host for many National Causes and Days.

ReplyDeleteNice N post Ann! When my hubby lost his mom in 2010 a co worker approached him and asked if he could run in the Alzheimer's Run in honor of my honeys mother! Really touched his heart.
