Blue Monday - Missouri summer temp 2011

Glad the BLUE TEAM is continuing Sally's blog for her and that she is coming along.


I could'n resist taking a picture of this a few days ago.  This is a local news weather report on one of our local TV stations here in Kansas City.

Tightwad MO, is a small town in the southern part of Missouri--we used to travel by this town many, many times before they built  4-lane highway going to the Lake of the Ozarks as a girl.

Just had to have this for future reference on summer heat.

    I have not made pictures yet of the temp here. We are due the hottest days ever this week. If we do not get some relief soon, I am nos sure what is going to happen. Very intense heat.

    When I go to Ikea, I certainly will post more pics..am curious about the Restaurant..
    I too snapped a pic of the bank temp..103,and then the reading on my dash of outside temp..100
    all I know is it was VERY hot, and the AC felt wonderful!!
