I'm linking with two hostesses today. 1st is Vintage Thingie Thursday, with Suzanne @ Colorado Lady. I had an antique poster of "Wizard of Oz" that my sister gave me as a gift and had it framed and hung in my family room. I collect any and all memorability of the classic book and movie.
I purcased this iron piece a few months ago, I have no idea what it is but it looked interesing.
It has an opening at the top so I have decided to use it as a vase, it put some tulips in it so you could get an idea what it looks like. I love it.
Next is Fourteen Days of Love hosted by Liz at Brambleberry Cottage.
Today is Day #4-
Straight to the heart-show us your hearts.
Have a wonderful day everyone.

You are really doing good with your blog. You put together a very interesting post today. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteI really like your crystal dish...more for the bird than the heart though. I have this thing for birds. :)

Oh, what a great idea with the flowers, that is a really interesting piece....I like the rustic feel to it! My husband loves the Wizard of Oz....but we have no collectibles....thanks for posting! have a great VTT!
ReplyDeleteI remember going to the library in Fort Collins and checking out stacks of books and my favorites included the Wizard of Oz. Your heart trivet reminded me that I have one on top of my piano that I need to hang up. I have little heart dishes up on the piano, too, that I like to use when my daughter and I do tea time events. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThat iron piece is very interesting. Wonder what it is?
